Shipping Policy — KlouzeStore (EU/UK • DAP — No VAT Collected)
This Policy explains where we ship, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and how customs/VAT are handled for EU/UK deliveries. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1) Where we ship

European Union (EU) — all member states available at checkout.

United Kingdom (UK) — available at checkout.

Other countries — only if shown at checkout.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we currently do not ship there.
2) Processing (handling) times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

Pre‑order or out‑of‑stock items display specific processing timelines on the product page.
3) Shipping methods & estimates (business days)
Delivery time begins after the order is processed and the carrier picks up the parcel. Times below are indicative and may vary due to customs, carrier capacity, and peak seasons.

EU – Standard Tracked: 7–15 business days (urban areas often faster).

UK – Standard Tracked: 8–18 business days.

Express options may appear at checkout where available; estimates will be displayed there.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
4) Customs, VAT & duties (DAP — Delivered At Place)

We do not charge or remit VAT at checkout. We are not currently registered for EU OSS/IOSS.

For EU/UK deliveries shipped from outside your customs area, import VAT and/or duties may be collected by the carrier upon delivery (DAP), according to your country’s rules.

Invoices issued by us reflect the amount paid to ShopWordON (items + shipping). They do not display VAT charged by us.

Orders under €150 may still be assessed import VAT at the border when not using IOSS.

Customs inspections can cause delays outside the shipping estimates.
Consignee responsibility: Any VAT/duties/clearance fees requested by carriers or authorities are the recipient’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in writing by ShopWordON.
5) Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume and method selected.

Promotional free shipping (when available) applies only to the cheapest standard service; upgrades to express services are charged.
6) Address accuracy & changes

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct.

Order changes/cancellation: possible within 12 hours of placing the order (contact contact.klouze@gmail.com). After dispatch we cannot reroute parcels.
7) Delivery attempts & non‑delivery

Carriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping where legally permitted.
8) Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Delayed: check the tracking first; customs holds and peak seasons may extend timelines.

Lost: if tracking shows no movement for 14 consecutive days beyond the estimate, contact us to open a trace.

Damaged: report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the item, inner packaging and outer carton. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
9) Split shipments & out‑of‑stock

We may ship items separately to speed up delivery at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer refund or wait‑list.
10) PO Boxes & remote areas

Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If applicable, we will contact you for a physical address.

Remote area surcharges may apply; we will notify you before dispatch if relevant.
11) Holidays & force majeure
Severe weather, strikes, customs backlogs or public holidays can affect delivery times.
